Client terms

How dk.dk's website service works. Last updated 18 October 2026.

These terms are between dk.dk ("we") and the business we build a website for ("you"). They apply once you have said yes to a website and paid. You can reach us on 07514 432001 or by replying to the email we sent you.

1. What you get

A website for your business, based on the preview we showed you and changed to match what you tell us. We host it and keep it running. It is built to work on phones and computers.

2. Prices

3. What the monthly fee covers

4. Your content

5. Your web address

If you have your own web address (domain), it stays yours. We help connect it to your website. Any cost of a domain is paid by you directly to the company you buy it from. We will never ask for your passwords.

6. If you are not happy

Tell us what is wrong and we will put it right. If you are still not happy within 14 days of your website going live, we will refund the setup fee.

7. Cancelling

8. Responsibility

We take care to build and look after your website, but we cannot promise it will always be available or that it will bring you a particular number of customers. We are not responsible for loss that you suffer from using the website, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it. Nothing here limits responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.

9. Your information

We use your business contact details and what you send us only to build and look after your website and to take payment. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card number. Your website is hosted by Cloudflare. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).

10. The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute.
